The Corning U/UTP Cat 6a, 1 meter patch cord is designed for connecting RJ-45 ports on patch panels, network outlets, servers, switches, Wi-Fi routers, and computers. It is an integral part of a structured cabling system (SCS). It consists of an 8-core copper cable (26 AWG) and two RJ-45 connectors. The twisted-pair jacket and connector protective cap are made of low-smoke, zero-halogen (LSZH) material.
