Optical media converter 1 Gbit BASE-T and SFP slot 1000Base-SX/LX

The 10/100/1000Base-T media converter converts twisted pair-optical cable interfaces for Gigabit Ethernet 10/100/1000Base-T and 1000Base-FX networks. The media converter is designed to use replaceable SFP transceivers operating via a gigabit SFP interface. This ensures the versatility of using a media converter, to which you can connect any type of fiber optic cable and transmit data, depending on the requirements, over a distance of several tens of meters to 120 kilometers using standard SFP transceivers. This universal solution provides greater flexibility of use. Each media converter is equipped with 1 RJ-45 port for twisted pair and 1 SFP port for installing a module. Using a media converter allows you to remove the limitation on the length of a copper line with a value of 100 meters. The device supports "hot" installation when used as part of a chassis. The product is equipped with an external power supply, which allows for more optimal thermal conditions of the converter itself. The front panel of the media converter has LED indicators that indicate the presence of power, as well as the transfer speed and status of the network and optical interfaces. There is a power connector on the rear panel. The device is equipped with an external 5V power supply.
