The two main differences from the HT-2008AR are the upgraded ratchet and zinc alloy crimping block, as well as a slightly smaller weight and size.

- Parallel crimp action with precision crimp dies performs an accurate aligned termination result.
- Zinc alloy head ensures ultra-stable accurate crimp and improved visibility for easy access.
- Integrated round / flat cable stripper and cutter for cable preparation.
- Upgrade full-cycle ratchet mechanism ensures quality consistent & repeatable termination.
- Equipped with safety release to quick unlock and eliminate mis-crimp or obstruction.
- Embedded a flat cable 1/2” or 1/4” stripping guide without pre-measuring needed for fast work.
- Removable L part by screwdriver for 6P6C DEC offset plug.
