NOYAFA NF-8209 Pro is a professional multifunctional network cable tester designed for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Ethernet networks. The device combines cable tracing, wire mapping, cable length measurement, PoE testing, port flashing, RJ45 crimp quality testing, and NCV voltage detection in a single compact solution.

The kit includes two devices: a transmitter and a receiver, enabling technicians to quickly locate target cables in patch panels, cable bundles, server racks, and network cabinets. The advanced anti-interference cable tracing technology ensures reliable detection even in complex environments. 

The NF-8209 Pro supports CAT5 and CAT6 network cables and features a backlit LCD display, rechargeable lithium batteries, and USB Type-C charging, making it an ideal tool for network installers, IT technicians, and system administrators.

Functions

Cable Tracing (SCAN)

Quickly identifies and locates target cables among multiple wires using the receiver probe. Maximum tracing distance up to 1000 m.

Wire Mapping (CONT)

Tests network cables for:

• Correct pin configuration
• Open circuits
• Short circuits
• Crossed pairs
• Shielded (STP) and unshielded (UTP) cable verification 

Cable Length Measurement

Measures cable length and displays results for each wire pair separately. Measurement range: 5-350 m. 

PoE Testing

Detects:

• PoE voltage
• Power polarity
• Active power pins
• Endspan/Midspan power mode
• Standard and non-standard PoE devices 

Port Flash

Identifies the correct switch or router port by flashing the port LED indicator. 

QC Test

Checks whether the RJ45 connector has been correctly crimped and verifies proper conductor contact.

NCV (Non-Contact Voltage Detection)

Detects AC voltage without direct contact, helping improve installer safety during maintenance and installation work.
