Metal cable trays of mesh type (mesh tray) are designed for laying a large amount of cable with the possibility of quick access to it. They are made from steel wire using spot welding. Mesh cable trays and all types of fasteners are galvanized by electrolytic galvanizing. During the electrolytic process, a thin zinc layer with a thickness of 20 μm is deposited. The parts are then passivated and thus protected against corrosion under standard indoor conditions. Mesh trays are installed inside false ceilings and raised floors, as well as wall-mounted and suspended from the ceiling. The main advantage of mesh trays is quick and easy track configuration. A minimum of accessories is used for installation, the trays are connected using screwless connectors. Adjustment of trays, change of direction and level is carried out directly at the installation site by cutting the tray in certain places. The open wire structure of the tray provides better cooling of highly loaded cables, their accessibility for periodic inspection, ease of laying and fixing the cable using ordinary cable ties.
