KeyStone RJ45 STP connecting module, cat. 6a, self-clamping, LW
The cat 6a STP KeyStone self-clamping module for computer sockets and patch panels is used when connecting shielded twisted pair cables to an RJ-45 form factor connector. The twisted pair connection occurs according to the T568A or T568B color schemes. On the front side there is an 8-pin connector for connecting a connector from a patch cord. On the back side there is an IDC type connector (insulation displacement contact - installation with cutting through insulation) into which 8 twisted pair wires are supplied and clamped between the copper tapering blades of the module using a self-clamping design, an insert with wires is installed and the case is closed. The module has an additional plastic clamp, which completely eliminates the need to use a plastic clamp.
Compact (16.4x19.6x34) mm, durable metal case, updated self-clamping mounting mechanism, no need to use plastic clamps, suitable for both solid wire "Solid" AWG 24-22 and for installation on flexible stranded cable "Stranded" AWG 24 -22
