The FTP cat 6A gray patch cord is designed for connecting RJ-45 ports in a patch panel, network socket, server, switch, Wi-Fi router, PC and is an integral part of a structured cabling system (SCS). It is based on a cable with 8 copper cores with a cross-section of 0.41 mm (26 AWG) and two connectors of the RJ-45 form factor. The twisted pair shell and the protective cap of the connector are made of PVC material, 8 cable cores are in a foil screen with a metal braid.
